REALLY! What are your Go-To’s for snacks that are very low carb and low calorie? One can only eat so much celery!!! And cheese and nuts are such high fat = lots of calories.

Great question! My favorite low-carb, low-cal (and, as a bonus, low-cost) snack is canned mushrooms! I drizzle them with a little bit of soy sauce and parsley to make them pretty, and they’re delightful and filling. As for that celery, I totally agree! 🙂 Sometimes I’ll dip it in a little mustard just to make it more interesting. I can’t wait to see others’ ideas; I’m always on the lookout for low-carb snacks!
These are filling, gluten-free, fairly low carb crackers … would be great with a thin spread of peanut butter … available at Trader Joe’s.

A hard boiled egg is a great snack that fills me up between meals. Just keep chilled.
I love the Bilt Bar. It is honest to goodness like a candy bar with 13 grams of carbohydrate. I like the coconut the best. Heck for reference, the coconut has not coconut in them.
